Full or partial refunds are decided on a case to case basis, but our goal is always to serve you better. If we made a genuine mistake, we will certainly make it right. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked correctly, or if the flavor or texture didn't meet personal preference.

Cancellation
